Faldo Design's project at Amendoeira Golf Resort is an 18-hole, championship standard golf course and a very special addition to the Algarve’s burgeoning collection of golf courses.
Faldo’s thoughts:
"I think that our course at Amendoeira will become a real talking point in the Algarve and, with so many courses in the region, that’s no mean feat. There’s a definite feel of Arizona about the site and it has the potential to be one of the best examples of a 'Mediterranean desert-style' course in Europe. As with any of our projects, I’m sure that our course at Amendoeira Golf Resort offers visitors an exceptionally enjoyable golfing experience – and one that is completely unique.”
