Faldo Design’s 18-hole, ‘championship standard’ golf course is the centrepiece of a fully self-contained, master-planned community that is attractively situated in the heart of Kansas.

“Cottonwood Hills has been an exciting and pioneering project for us and I’m confident that we have created a design that will truly stand the test of time. Subtly undulating throughout and sandy underfoot, the rolling dunes landscape is reminiscent of some of the finest classic British links land and there is also more than a hint of the Australian sand belt. If these stunning surroundings aren’t enough to inspire golfers of all levels to produce their very best, then I hope that our design will compel them to dig deep and fully engage with our strategically challenging layout.”
